Panama Mooring Chock is a heavy-duty marine deck fitting designed for guiding and securing mooring ropes or wires during ship berthing and mooring operations. It is widely installed on large vessels such as bulk carriers, container ships, tankers, offshore vessels, and other commercial ships.
The closed-type structure helps prevent mooring lines from jumping out of the chock while reducing rope wear through smooth curved surfaces. Panama chocks are commonly manufactured according to marine standards such as JIS F2017, ISO, DIN and other classification requirements.
